1. Service Scope
This plan covers one (1) handyman service appointment of approximately 1 hour.2. Payment & Discounts
Discounts apply only when referred by an active AHOD Member or via a verified offer (e.g. Nextdoor).
Additional 15% OFF applies only to prepaid online bookings through this page.
Prices are non-negotiable and must be paid in full before scheduling.
3. Scheduling & Priority
AHOD will contact you to confirm the earliest available time slot.
Prepaid customers receive priority scheduling.
Service hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (some weekend slots available upon request).
Emergency service is not included in this plan.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Free rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations (<12h notice) or missed appointments may result in a forfeit of the plan or rescheduling fee.
Refunds are not offered after payment is made, but service credit remains valid for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
5. Coverage Area
This plan is valid only for properties within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW). Some ZIP codes may not be eligible.6. Safety & Liability
All technicians are insured and vetted by AHOD.
AHOD is not responsible for issues caused by existing property damage, code violations, or conditions outside of our technician's control.
Client must ensure a safe and accessible work environment on site.
